1. Platform Nature

1.1 PlanYourFunctionz is a technology-based marketplace platform that connects users seeking event-related services (“Users”) with independent event service providers (“Event Companies”).

1.2 The Company does not provide event services directly and is not responsible for the execution, performance, or quality of services provided by Event Companies.

1.3 PlanYourFunctionz acts solely as an intermediary facilitating communication and potential transactions between Users and Event Companies.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

2.2 By using the Platform, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. Fees & Charges

3.1 The Platform may charge service fees, access fees, listing fees, promotional fees, or other applicable charges to Users and/or Event Companies.

3.2 All applicable charges will be displayed on the Platform or communicated prior to payment.

3.3 PlanYourFunctionz reserves the right to modify, revise, or update its fee structure at any time without prior notice.

3.4 All payments made through the Platform are processed via third-party payment gateways.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Any payments made through the Platform are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of payment.

4.2 Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the stated refund policy.

4.3 PlanYourFunctionz shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateway providers.

4.4 Once a service request is accepted by an Event Company, any cancellation or refund shall be governed by the policies of the respective Event Company.

5. Role & Responsibilities

5.1 PlanYourFunctionz

• Provides an online platform for connection and communication.
• Does not guarantee service quality, pricing accuracy, availability, or outcomes.
• Is not a party to agreements entered between Users and Event Companies.

5.2 Event Companies

• Are solely responsible for their service descriptions, pricing, execution, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Must ensure accuracy of information listed on the Platform.

5.3 Users

• Must provide accurate event requirements.
• Must communicate directly with Event Companies regarding service details.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 PlanYourFunctionz shall not be liable for:

• Service deficiencies or disputes
• Delays, cancellations, or failures by Event Companies
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6.2 All disputes must be resolved directly between the User and the Event Company.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of PlanYourFunctionz and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

9. Modification of Terms

PlanYourFunctionz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
